SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How can I track my package?
After you place your order, you should receive an email confirming your order has gone through to us. Once we ship your order, you will receive a second email that contains a tracking number you can use to track your package through UPS

 

What type of packaging do you use?
We use optimized packing materials that minimize waste while ensuring the safety of your framed image. Our packing has been specially tested at UPS facilities.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to the dimensions of our products.

 

How soon can I receive my package?
We will ship your package typically within 5-7 business days. Hand-embellished prints may take longer. If you have concerns about the shipping time of your order, please reach out to us at info@gallery2720.com.

 

What happens if my package is damaged?
If your package is damaged during the shipping process, contact us and we will replace your order free of charge.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we ship to the Continental US only at this time.

 

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Can I get my preferred image in a different size?
If you would like to purchase an image in an alternate size, contact us. We will do our best to get the image in your desired size, if the image resolution and dimensions allow it.

 

Can I have my image printed on canvas when
it’s listed as paper or printed on paper when it’s listed as canvas?

This varies from image to image. Contact us and we will be happy to find out for you.

 

What is a giclée print?
A giclée print is a high quality digital print made with the inkjet printing process.

 

Can I return my image if I am unsatisfied with it?
Yes. We accept all returns within 30 days. If there is something we can do to correct the problem, please let us know so we can assist you.

 

Will the print look the same as the image on your website?
Due to variability of computer monitors, the physical print may appear slightly different from the digital image. This is normal. However, if you are dissatisfied with the image, we will accept returns or offer to replace the image for you.
